If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 business days of receipt via the “Order Detail” section.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns will only be accepted using the provided return shipping label.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at clickandpickinc@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the item.
Return Process

- Ship the item back in its original packaging with tags attached.
- After inspection, we will process your refund minus shipping costs.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Policy
Accurate Shipping Information
- Buyers must provide accurate shipping details when placing an order.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Any return shipping fees resulting from an incorrect address will not be refunded, and any additional shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Missing Packages
- We are not responsible for any items lost during transit or for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check your mailbox and contact your mail carrier for assistance.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times may vary depending on courier service delays and weather conditions.
- Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
International Shipping
- We currently only ship within the U.S.
